WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
The Customer may cancel the Order at any time up to two working days after the Order was placed with the exclusion of Orders which include personalised graphics and or messages in which case clause 9.6 or 10.6 of our terms and conditions will apply.
The Customer may return the Goods to MJB at the cost and risk of the Customer.
Any return must be made within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to MJB are processed within 14 days of receipt of (i) the notification of the Customer's cancellation of the order or (ii) of the returned merchandise, whichever is later.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
ARE DELIVERY CHARGES AND RETURN COSTS REFUNDABLE?
If the product delivered is returned due to an error by MJB all costs will be refunded.
If the customer has chosen to change their mind and return their product all delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.
In this case all sales are final.
Orders which include personalised graphics are defined and fall under clause 9.6 or 10.6 of our terms and conditions
